This accommodation is well located near the city centre and the River Severn. It is very reasonably priced and whilst the hotel is a bit dated and in need of some TLC it is perfectly serviceable for a short, cheap stay. - S
I’ve read some not so good reviews from this hotel , but as I have to try to keep to a limit this was the only one that came into my budget … Yes some of the bedroom furniture could do with renewing , but the room I had was very spacious , it had a wardrobe and table so had I booked for a couple of days there was somewhere I could work … the bed was comfortable . Bathroom had a bath and shower so that’s always a plus . Overall I was happy with the stay , the landlord couldn’t have been friendlier , location is great for the centre of Worcester . The hotel don’t do meals but if you turn left after leaving the hotel and follow the road you will come to a number of restaurants and also a Weatherspoons which is always a bonus … So don’t be put off by the negative reviews and give this hotel a try … The one thing I would suggest are half window Nets or coils so curtains can be opened while also allowing some privacy - P
Hands down a much much more pleasant experience than staying with big chains. The hosts were amazing and accommodating from booking, to breakfast to departure. We loved our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you.- D D
